Allow me to rant...

Anyone else a member of the Nail Art Society? I signed up in February. My first kit spent a week going nowhere, stuck with "Electronic Shipping Info Received" as the status in the shipment tracking from February 12th to February 19th. I finally emailed NAS about it and they sent it out. For March's kit, I didn't receive a tracking information email at all which made me think my kit wasn't coming but it DID show up... with another person's name on it instead of mine. For April? Another week (April 10th to April 18th) of "Electronic Shipping Info Received" for shipment status. I emailed them about it on Monday, April 15, and they replied that they'll look into it. Nothing since. But, I have seen them on their twitter telling their new blogger gurus that they're sending them the May kit already and generally spamming other polish lovers with a sneak peek at May's kit. Meanwhile, I'm waiting for an explanation of where my April kit is.

Sigh.

I don't know what to think. I signed up under the impression that you'd get at least one bottle of nail polish in each kit. When they changed directions and started focusing more on the nail art supplies, with polish not being the main focus, I wasn't mad. Whatever. They altered the price so that everyone pays $9.95 to reflect their change. I think that's awesome.

However, I am NOT impressed with how NAS seems to be unable to ship their kits out right. I'm normally a pretty patient person but my patience has worn thin with them. I feel like I'm not worth the effort as a customer.

In conclusion, my experience with Nail Art Society thus far has been a complete mess. NAS needs to take care of their customers!

UPDATE @ 8:55pm: They have refunded me for April's kit and have sent it out. Thank you, NAS for taking care of this!

  1. This is horrible! Companies need to remember that every customer is an important customer and that it's their job to take care of everyone. I hope that they at least refund you-I completely understand your anger at this point!

  2. I'm so sorry to hear about that! I'm a a member of NAS and so far I haven't had any shipping issues. However, I am a little disappointed I haven't received a polish in every kit. I received a Finger Paints polish in February, but so far, no high end brands.
